SBC SCAT H-BEAM RODS, BUSHED, WITH 7/16’s ARP 8740 CAP SCREWS. 4340 ALLOY.

This is an upgrade from the regular Pro-Competition I-beam rods that come with our 421, 427 and 434 rotating assembly.

This is an upgrade for those that have purchased a rotating assembly, short block kit, or engine from our other listings. Not for outright purchase.

12 POINT ARP CAP SCREWS. The ARP 7/16’s cap screws have been installed by Scat Industries prior to final sizing, in Los Angeles. The critical sizing of both ends of the rods is performed on a Sunnen machine in the USA by Scat Industries. These rods are excellent for those wanting the extra security needed in high horse power applications. Take notice of the design of these rods. These rods are run in engines that not only produce high horse power levels but also run at continuous RPM. This is the perfect upgrade to your rotating assembly.
