TCI Super StreetFighter® GM TH350 Transmission - 1969-1979 w/6" Tailshaft SBC/BBC

The TCI® Super StreetFighter® Transmission for Chevy engine applications is tough enough to withstand the rigors of the toughest street machines up to 775 horsepower with a non-supercharged system using pump gasoline.

These TCI Super StreetFighte r transmissions bridge the gap between the StreetFighters and full Competition series transmissions. Like the StreetFighter units, these are equipped with 100 percent tested, manual/automatic valve bodies. That means that most units allow you to manually shift the vehicle into each gear change or, by placing it in the drive position, remain fully automatic. In either mode, you get a racetrack shift that bangs through the gears and shaves time off your ETs. When you use the manual gear selection feature, the Super StreetFighters upshift and downshift right when you move the lever, with no lag or governor override. When you select the normal drive position, the transmissions retain positive automatic shifts, for the ease of driving you look for in an automatic transmission.

Features 36 element intermediate sprag assembly, Alto Red Eagle clutches and Kolene steels. These transmissions are shipped without the speedometer driven gear or its housing. If replacing the same model of transmission, these may be re-used from existing. If not, they must be purchased separately.

TCI® Automotive, LLC warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for a period of 30 days on Racing equipment and a period of 90 days on Street/Strip equipment. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. We recommend that you keep your invoice or receipt because proof of purchase date is required. This limited warranty shall only cover the original purchaser.
